Avni Chouhan

She is a Post Graduate from Commerce and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with meritorious academic performance and ranked AIR-23 in ICSI, CS Professionals, June 2014. She is also a Law Graduate.

Currently, she is Practicing Company Secretary (PCS) at Ahmedabad with rich experience of more than 8 years in Company law matters. Her core area of practice includes Corporate Laws, ROC matters, Intellectual Property Right (IPR) Laws and liaisoning with ROC, NCLT, Trademark Registry, Regional Director, Official Liquidator, Reserve Bank of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Stock Exchange etc. 

She is a Learner, Researcher and an Author. She is also a Corporate blogger and her articles are getting feautured at her personal blogs and other websites.

She is also holding Directorship in Listed Companies as well. She is into multi-level business development in various territories and having good contacts with fellow Professionals viz., Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants, Advocates etc. She is also socially involved in professional upliftment of the Institute of Company Secretaries through various Institute activities and membership of various working Committees for last couple of years.
