He is a well known qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant, Company Secretary and Graduate in Commerce (Hons.). Besides these qualification, he also holds Diploma in Information System Audit.

He has meritorious academic performances and ranked 41st (All India) in CA (Final), 9th (All India) in CS (Inter) and 5th (All India) in ICWA (Final).He is also an "Insolvency Professional".

He has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes, NBFCs, Audits and handling corporate affairs in different areas.

He also served as Retainer-Executive in a large conglomerate of Rs. 20000 Crore from 1994 to 2001 and Directly reported to Chairperson for their various Companies, Schools and Industrial units.
