She is having experience of 12 Years in Corporate Laws Practice and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has completed her B.A., L.L.B from Calcutta University and L.L.M from Mahatma Gandhi University.

She looks into NCLT / Appellate Tribunal and High Court matters, Secretarial Compliance and Audit, SEBI and RBI Compliance. Besides, she is also doing annual compliance of various Listed Companies.
